Braebourne Condominiums - previously known as Mariner Motel - is conveniently located between De Pere and Green Bay on the banks of the Fox River in Allouez, Braebourne Condominiums will combine high quality housing with an outstanding location! The outside design of the building may change as we try to make it as appealing as possible. A community rooftop area (complete with views of Lambeau Field), and a main level community/party room/exercise area, are on the list of amenities! We will be having informational Open Houses at the Mariner Motel each Monday starting November 6th from 4:30PM-5:30PM. Representatives will be on hand to answer questions. Reservation deposits can be taken, which will reserve a specific unit that you are interested in. These reservation deposits are fully refundable until construction begins.
