Sweetened Condensed Milk Snowball Cookies ❄️🍪

Ingredients:

1 cup unsalted butter, softened
½ cup sweetened condensed milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cups all-purpose flour
½ teaspoon salt
1 cup finely chopped nuts (pecans or walnuts)
1½ cups powdered sugar (for coating)

Directions:

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened butter and sweetened condensed milk until creamy and smooth. Mix in the vanilla extract.
Gradually add the flour and salt, mixing until combined. Fold in the finely chopped nuts.
Scoop 1-tablespoon portions of dough and roll into balls. Place them on the prepared baking sheets about 2 inches apart.

Ingredients:

1 cup powdered sugar
1 container (8 oz) whipped topping (like Cool Whip), thawed
1 can (21 oz) cherry pie filling

Directions:

In a mixing bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar. Mix well until the texture resembles wet sand.
Press the mixture evenly into the bottom of a 9x13-inch baking dish to form the crust. Refrigerate for 15 minutes.
In a separate bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar together until smooth and creamy.
Gently fold in the whipped topping until fully combined. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the chilled crust.

Ingredients:

1 (12 oz) bag semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
⅔ cup chopped almonds

Directions:

Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded coconut, chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and chopped almonds. Mix until evenly combined.
Using a cookie scoop, pack the mixture firmly into the scoop, then drop it onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing the cookies about 2 inches apart.

Reindeer Chow 🎄😋

Ingredients:

9 cups rice cereal squares (like Chex)
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
½ cup creamy peanut butter
¼ cup unsalted butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1½ cups powdered sugar
1 cup red and green M&M’s
1 cup mini pretzels
1 cup white chocolate chips

Directions:

In a large microwave-safe bowl, combine the semi-sweet chocolate chips, peanut butter, and unsalted butter. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring after each, until fully melted and smooth. Stir in the vanilla extract.
Pour the melted mixture over the rice cereal squares. Gently fold until all the cereal is evenly coated.
Transfer the coated cereal to a large zip-top bag or a bowl with a lid. Add the powdered sugar and shake well until the cereal is thoroughly coated.
Spread the cereal out on a large baking sheet to cool and harden for about 20 minutes.

Butter Pecan Praline Poke Cake 🍰🥜

Ingredients:

For the cake:
1 box butter pecan cake mix (plus ingredients listed on the box)
1 cup chopped pecans

For the filling:
1 (14-oz) can sweetened condensed milk
½ cup caramel sauce

For the topping:
1½ cups heavy whipping cream
3 tablespoons powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup chopped pralines or candied pecans

Directions:

Preheat your oven according to the cake mix instructions and prepare a 9x13-inch baking dish with nonstick spray.
Prepare the butter pecan cake batter as directed on the box. Stir in the chopped pecans. Pour the batter into the prepared dish and bake as directed on the package.
Once baked, let the cake cool for 10 minutes. Then, using the handle of a wooden spoon, poke holes evenly across the top of the cake.
In a small bowl, mix the sweetened condensed milk and caramel sauce until smooth. Pour this mixture over the cake, making sure it seeps into the holes. Let the cake cool completely.
