This quality 3/4 bed, 2 bath home is in an amazing location with state land on one side, a 133 acre township park with 9632 feet of Lake Huron frontage on another side, and 150ft of frontage on a canal to Lake Huron. The home was drastically over built and has been maintained over the years so it will likely only require cosmetic updates to the new owners taste. The kitchen is very large with a commercial stove and excessive amounts of storage. There is a main floor master suite and two bedrooms upstairs. The master suite has it's own sliding door and deck. There is a 4th bedroom or office area on the main floor. The bath on the main floor has been recently updated. The large sunken living room centers on the fireplace. Outside there is a 2 car detached garage with a wood burning furnace and 220 electric, a smoker for your fish, and a garden shed. The adjoining lot that also comes with the property doubling the land and includes an old cottage in disrepair. The wood addition will likely need to be torn down and removed but the original cinder block building appears to be very solid with no cracks or failings in the block. This Grand Lake building site has 101 feet of frontage on the peaceful and quiet Black Bass Bay portion of the lake. Grand Lake is a 5660 acre all sport lake known for its clear waters, excellent pontoon cruising and paddling, and also walleye and perch fishing. The lake has many islands and bays to provide relaxing floating protected from the winds and the speedboats. Or if you prefer, at 7 miles from end to end, you can ski, tube, or jet ski to your hearts desire. This lake also has good sport fishing for bass. Black Bass Bay is over 200 acres and provides some shelter from the wind and weather as well as shallower water which discourages speedboats in the bay helping keep it quiet and calm. The bay is great for paddling and for quiet pontoon floats. As you go deeper into the bay the water gets shallow and the shoreline becomes less developed. This area has been taken over by wildlife.
