I wasn’t going to logo my heavy truck since I really just bought it to haul the camper but after a number of people on social media complained about my “stickers” on the F-150 I decided I had better do it.

This unique Muskallonge Lake commercially zoned property features a 3bed, 2bath home, a rental cottage, and a former camp store that could be made into another rental, reopened as a store, or any other commercial endeavor. The property has 282 feet of unimproved south facing frontage on Muskallonge Lake, the North Country Trail passes thru the property. Just 1000 yards from the property on NCT is Lake Superior. The home is a nice 3bed, 2 bath home that could use some updating having been vacant for several years. One of my showings today was this cute little, very little, Lake Gogebic cabin. I think the marketing term is “efficient.” Almost 700 sq ft, loft bedroom, full kitchen, and a 2 car garage. This isn’t one of those shed cabins, it is frame built, all season, and on a block foundation. It is clean and modern. If you just want a basic functional walleye camp this might be for you. This is twice in one week I have had to make an unexpected last minute run to the western UP to help buyers after another real estate agent blew them off. I don’t mind but last minute can make the logistics challenging!

But it does get me a little time on one of the more popular lakes in Michigan.
