This is a fantastic Neebish Island home. A few important points the list agent didn't cover. Neebish Island has year around daily car ferry service. The St Marys River is some of the best fishing in the midwest for many many species including salmon, muskie, walleye, and perch. The St Marys also gives you access by boat to Lake Huron and Lake Superior. One of the great things with this modern home/cabin is how close it is to the waterline. Current environmental standards would not allow a new structure to be built this close to the water. The high water of a few years ago had no impact on the house. This is my favorite lake! Walleye for days! This island has a causeway so you can drive to your private island. This is a beautiful area.

This home is so off the beaten path that it sits on its own little island.
