He has served with Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) in Atlanta since 2011, leading end-to-end project delivery, stakeholder coordination, permitting and closeout, quality and safety compliance, and vendor and subcontractor negotiations. John has managed projects up to 2M square feet with budgets exceeding $1.5B and has led teams of 120+ employees while driving schedule, cost control, and operational performance.

It was a fantastic evening at the 2026 Season Premiere of Contractors, Closers & Connections!

The energy was electric as Atlanta’s commercial real estate community gathered at 9040 River Ridge Building, where those Chattahoochee River sunset views set the perfect backdrop for an evening of collaboration and conversation. From development and investment to brokerage and construction, the room was filled with leaders driving growth across the Southeast CRE market.
