They took this former 60s showcase home and transformed it into a modern, open retreat with the perfect balance of open-concept living and defined spaces. The finishes truly brought this home into its current splendor.

Their renovation was thoughtful from start to finish and reflects a careful blend of the strong structure and character of older homes with high-end modern finishes.

They went under contract in less than two weeks on the market. Investors are moving cautiously right now—and rightfully so. My sellers’ success is proof that a quality product with modern appeal, priced correctly, will still sell.
