Nice little bathroom update we did on one of our homes. We just added some flooring, painted the tiles, with tile paint....

Nice little bathroom update we did on one of our homes. We just added some flooring, painted the tiles, with tile paint. And a new vanity / toilet and mirror. Not everything has to be a complete gut. This checks the appraisers box for an updated bathroom and gets you that max value for your refinance. This property was a BRRRR strategy so all you have to do is impress the appraiser. Whereas a flip you have to please the buyer, realtor, and their appraiser/ inspector. It’s a much different ball game with a much different exit strategy. Courtney Elizabeth Tripp
