๐ Last night marked the final 2023 awards celebration for the Atlanta Board of Realtors. Although I did not attend, I am so grateful ๐ for all the blessings and achievements. Reflecting on my 9+ years as a Real Estate Agent in Georgia, I am honored ๐๏ธ and very thankful to everyone who has supported, encouraged, helped, referred, and trusted me with their real estate needs. Over the last several years, I have been in the Top 5% for the North Atlanta Area and have helped more than 200 families ๐จโ๐ฉโ๐งโ๐ฆ. These years have seen many ups and downs, celebrations ๐ and disappointments ๐, shifts, pivots, negotiations ๐ค, wins, losses, heartbreaks ๐, goal hits and misses, and most importantly, incredible friendships and growth๐ both personal and professional ๐ฑ.
I take my job extremely seriously; for most clients, their home ๐ is the most expensive asset they have. As real estate agents, we are changing the trajectory of people's lives, depending on which house we show, the area that I think would be great for them based on our conversations, the neighborhood my clients decide to choose, or whether they decide to move, sell their home or turn it into an investment. I am a guide, helping them make life-changing decisions that will lead to a new environment, new friendships, and impact their future and their children future. To me, the relationship is more important than the transaction; I treat each real estate transaction as if my own family were involved. Every house, every closing has a story; sometimes it is very happy and exciting, sometimes it is sad or even heart-wrenching. I am there, every step of the way for them and well beyond past the transaction.
I absolutely enjoy spending time with people, helping my clients achieve their goals ๐ฏ, teaching, guiding, leading in my market center, and encouraging other agents while growing myself ๐, constantly learning ๐ and becoming an expert in my field. I am proud to have met my goal for the number of transactions in 2023. Out of more than 700+ agents, I ended up receiving 3rd place๐ฅ for Individual Closed Units and finished in the top 3% in my office. The real estate market last year was tough, with global events leading to buyers being outbid, many sellers deciding to hold on to their homes with low-interest rates, interest rates skyrocketing for buyers, which led many to sit on the sidelines, and a complete shift in the real estate market. Yet, there were many people who needed my help, and I am so thankful that I was able to assist them.
Recognitions and awards are great ๐, but the one I am most proud of is receiving the Cultural Ambassador Award for 2023. This award is so special to me because Cultural Ambassadors are nominated by their peers as individuals who embody and model the culture of Keller Williams Realty at an extraordinarily high level, living out the "God, Family, then Business" values and the WI4CS2TS Mission Statement which plays a major role in who KW is. Being on the Agent Leadership Council, which is like a board of directors, has allowed me to truly understand that who you are in business does matter, you become who you surround yourself with. It also taught me that everything is possible if you set your mind to it, create a plan and follow it๐ฏ.
I am very excited to see what 2024 will bring and to watch myself grow into the vision of who I want to become, the goals I want to achieve, and the quality of relationships I want to have in my life โค๏ธ. At the beginning of this year, I joined Lombardo Home Group so that I can help more people at a higher level ๐. I am excited to partner with a team that perfectly aligns with my values and goals and is in the top 1% in the Southeast Region.
Thank you, everyone, for all of your support, love, care, and encouragement ๐. I don't say it enough, but I truly appreciate you all.
