Kelly is an associate broker at BHHS Georgia Properties. She started her real estate career over 20 years ago in NYC and closed hundreds of sales throughout her career. She has deep conviction that every feature and character of a home should promote the holistic well-being of its occupants. She believes in the home that she takes part in sale and is passionate about helping everyone with the best experience. She is active with families relocating from out of state to Georgia. Kelly holds broker's license in NY and GA. Tom is in Commercial Division of BHHS Georgia Properties. He has years of experience in commercial real estate. He is a licensed attorney in NY & NJ and had focused on real estate practice for over 17 years in NY. He represented many lenders, investors, sellers and buyers. He has experience working with overseas investors investing in or relocating to US. He has a broker's and real estate instructor's license in NY. Tom holds a salesperson's license in GA. Kelly and Tom work as a domestic team at BHHS Georgia Properties. Their children have careers in NY with their last one still in college. In their spare time, they volunteer with nonprofit organizations that help the homeless or hungry, preparing or delivering meals. They are avid hikers with their two dogs, a toy poodle and a border collie. They are grateful for their life and love to help and share their experience with others.
