I helped my client use a 1031 Exchange to Sell a rental house that was not performing well and bought another property that is much newer and is located in a much better area. The new home was built in 2016 with 2032 SqFt, 3BR-3BA in a neighborhood with HOA but no Rent Restrictions, minutes only from downtown Lithonia GA.
