So thankful for these clients, new friends and neighbors! We had a little bit of a bumpy ride getting to today, but it was all smiles and celebrations at the closing table for these first time buyers that are proud new owners of a beautiful mid-century modern house near the Marietta Square with a backyard pool oasis and hot tub!

It has been a busy 2 weeks, but I'm especially proud of these two most recent listing sales!

4901 Jenny Drive was a repeat client that I represented 2 years ago when she purchased. I was honored when she reached back out needing to sell the townhouse. The first weekend of listing, we received an offer that didn't work out, so we had to get creative and through submitting a reverse offer to an agent that had a successful showing, we were able to get the property under contract and sold. My client is on her way back to Florida to be with family and I couldn't be more excited for her happy story!

5601 East Holiday Court was my first mobile home transaction. Forms are different and the processes are nuanced with the potential for 2 separate titles for the land and mobile home. We strategically priced this property and after multiple offers, closed today at over 103% of the list price!

Had the honor to witness our good friend as he bravely told about his beautiful daughter's fight against cancer at the Georgia Capitol. It was both humbling and inspiring to be in the presence of survivors, researchers, legislators and community members that have joined together to advocate for better funding, care and support for children and their families in our state that are going through the unimaginable.
