I hope today affords me the opportunity to meet you and eventually earn the honor of calling you my friend. Residential real estate should not be about selling bricks and mortar; it should be about building relationships that last well beyond a sale. I want us to find a home, a perfect fit for you, and doing that means getting to know one another. Here is who I am:

My name is Sara. I was born and

raised in London, England. I have made and kept friendships that span the world, and almost all of them grew from a chance encounter. That is what being a part of the KPDD real estate team provides to me – an occasion to meet new people and share in their lives, while at the same time helping them navigate through the sometimes daunting and overwhelming process of buying or selling a home. I am very fortunate to be part of a caring company after being a stay-at-home mom for almost ten years. First and foremost, I am a wife and mother. I am blessed to be married to my best friend and partner in life, Jason. He has been an attorney in Columbus for his entire career of almost twenty-three years since graduating from law school at the University of Georgia. We have four children, Olivia, Hunter, Maddie, and Jordan who range in age from 15 to 26. We live on the backwaters of Lake Harding and love spending time on the lake with our children and friends. Lake life provides us some calm at the end of a hectic day of shuttling our younger children around to endless extra-curricular activities and spending our evenings watching our daughter cheer for football and basketball. Jason and I look forward to football season and love to spend time tailgating with our children, especially our son who is an avid Dawg fan. We are regulars on football Saturdays in Athens where our daughter is a senior at the University of Georgia. I started my college education at UGA but earned my diploma from Georgia State University, where I received a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems. I began my career in database and application design but fairly soon moved into IT Recruiting Management. I craved interaction with people and loved helping real human beings during the stressful process of finding a new job. Once my children were born, I took the opportunity to work part-time as a paralegal, which provided me with more flexible hours while allowing me to explore and develop my fascination with the law. I bring this legal experience, my love of meeting new people, and my passion for making a difference in the lives of others to KPDD. It is this combination that I hope will give me the honor of meeting you and allow me the opportunity to serve you and your real estate needs, now and for years to come.

A lot of people have reached out so I figured the easiest thing to do is to do a post. We are OK! Last night about 930 a driver hit the side of my home. It sounded like a bomb went off, lights went out and then falling wood and sheet rock. I’ve never been so scared in my entire life. I was halfway down the stairs when I realized they had been compromised and found Hunter at the bottom.. Thankfully, Olivia was not at home. Thankfully, they hit the transformer first otherwise the car would’ve ended up in Hunter‘s bedroom. A lot of damage done to the downstairs and the stairs were moved over a few feet so we are not able to access the second and third stories, but we are safe. We are at my brother and sister-in-laws for the time being. Super grateful and counting our blessings. Thank you to everybody who reached out. 💚🌻

Very late in posting these. Lovely long weekend in Napa with some of the best friends a girl could ask for. We spent time in Napa and Yountville. We went to wineries (Far Niente, Caymus, Prisoner, Merryvale and Frank Family) driven by Paul Perry, who was the best driver we could have asked for. We ate (Farmstead, Allegra, RH, Botega, Brasswood, Zuzu, Sky and Vine), but most of all we spent time together feeding our souls. Grateful and thankful 💚🌻🍷

Spent a jam packed few days in Asheville for a FANTASTIC Berkshire Hathaway conference and volunteering with cleanup efforts at the Black Mountain Children’s Home. So grateful to be a part of a company that not only brings amazing talent for us to stay current with latest marketing, AI and tech tools, but also makes time to give back to the community. They intentionally had our conference here because Asheville is still trying to recover from the devastation that hit them so hard. Learned, networked and spent meaningful time with the BEST. Filled my brain, my heart and my soul 🤗
