Worthy story alert! If you are a Believer……this one’s for you…..
Photo for illustration purposes only….I am over the moon, most of my Real Estate business and clients are well into the 7 figures, including the houses that we build, but was blessed to have a young man and his beautiful bride come into my life with a very tight budget, turned client. One of Georgia’s finest in Blue…… specific criteria to find a home, long story short, two years and two babies later, I found them a home, knock on wood….. went to contract today. BUT, get this….. the house was under contract but fell through, the listing agent, the fantastic gentleman who is with my company. In a deep dive through FMLS yesterday I found it back on the market….. well months before I enlisted this fine gentleman to help me in showing my client a house while I was out of town, so a connection……. Fast forward, this house that I found is his sister and brother in law house that they built…..and it turned out to be the perfect fit! I wrote the offer today and it was accepted today within a couple hours as written FULL CIRCLE MOMENTS. My husband said I spent so much time on this, but recognizes that I care about people. In business I don’t care if you are an 8 or 7 figure client or a 6 figure, you all deserve the best I can give, and in business and life, don’t we all deserve the best? The best respect, the best care, the best integrity, the best sincerity, the best professionalism, the best advocacy, the best analysis,…….., and of course the best homemade pickles and jam, lol.
