APRIL HOUSING INDICATORS
The Monthly Housing Indicators for Georgia are in for April. Average Sales Prices were up 17 percent year-over-year, Days on the Market decreased 16 percent, and Months Supply of Inventory shrank to 1.2 months.

New Listings decreased nine percent to 17,063
Pending Sales decreased 14 percent to 13,526
Closed Sales were down 11 percent to 13,443
Inventory levels shrank eight percent to 16,979 units
The Median Sales Price increased 21 percent to $345,000
The Average Sales Price increased 17 percent to $406,102
Days on Market decreased 16 percent to 26 days
Months Supply of Inventory was down eight percent to 1.2 months

It's that time.

The Cherokee County Office of Elections & Voter Registration was notified this week about a delay in precinct card printing. The Office remains ready to send more than 200,000 letters and precinct cards, when they are delivered from the Georgia Secretary of State’s Office, to voters in Cherokee County. The State and County Elections Offices encourage voters to check their voter registration status and precinct information on the My Voter Page of the Secretary of State’s website ahead of the deadline to register to vote, which is this coming Monday, April 25. https://mvp.sos.ga.gov/s/.
