Congratulations to our buyers on closing on this adorable home in downtown Alpharetta! 🏡🎉

The journey wasn’t without a few bumps along the way. After losing out in a multiple offer situation, we stayed persistent and submitted a backup offer just in case the original buyers decided not to move forward. As luck would have it, they did back out and my clients got the call they had been hoping for!

Seeing their excitement when they finally secured the home made the wait completely worthwhile. This is a great reminder that submitting a backup offer can absolutely pay off in today’s market. Buyers are backing out of contracts more frequently than ever, and in this case, it worked out perfectly in my clients’ favor.
