Selling a home is an innovative process and I absolutely love what I do. I never saw myself as creative until I found real estate.

I might not be able to paint or draw or make music, but I love bringing a home to market!!

From the first initial contact with the sellers all the way to closing is a journey built on the foundation of the relationship established early on in the process and that establishment Is based on trust.

When sellers give their realtor freedom and space to do what needs to done, the house will be seen at its best, the price will be the highest possible value, and the comprehensive process will be managed with precision and care.

The sellers put a lot of trust in me and I couldn't have done it without them. It's a two way street and it takes everyone showing up and doing their part. Cheers to those who get that.

The "Under Contract" always feels good, but what I love most is to see my name associated with such an influential brand. My respect and admiration for Ansley runs deep. We have such a gifted team of support, talented realtors and incredible leadership. I feel blessed to be a part of this family.

For the most part I adore my clients, but there are some that I REALLY adore. This couple closed on the home where they raised their family and shared their life together.

The energy of their laughter, holiday celebrations and personal milestones are still held in the space that has now become the home of another. Such a beautiful gift.

Selling was the beginning and start of a new journey. A journey of a long and happy retirement where they will get to spend more time with their grandchildren and travel and live their best life.

I'm so very happy for them. They are "salt of the earth" kind of folk. My kind of people!!

I recently heard someone tell me that listings must be gravy right now and I’m here to tell you that nothing is gravy in this market. Realtors are working hard … like really really hard. They’re sacrificing their own personal time, they’re staying up late and working long tiresome hours, and they’re exhausted.

You cannot even begin to understand what goes into a listing or getting a home under contract. Realtors are juggling and prioritizing many responsibilities, coaching clients, managing emotions, dealing with an assortment of personalities, and holding the buyers hand when another offer has been rejected (yet again).

We learn something new every day and it is our job to pivot and navigate our clients through the unexpected and there is always something and it’s something you could have never predicted or seen coming.

The good realtors I know aren’t in it for the commission. They’re in it because they truly love what they do and you have to really love what you do to be able to do what we do.

Sending all the realtors I know an immense amount of love. If someone hasn’t told you lately, you’re awesome and you’re totally killing it.
