Spent yesterday driving a 26' van filled with Carol Sue and Jim Ravenel's life and memories from Roswell, GA to Viera, FL. It was a long day but we arrived safely. At the Orlando airport heading back to Atlanta. Good luck and a renewed happiness Carol Sue on the next chapter of your life.

As it is a great time to be a SELLER, it is also a great time to be a BUYER! Mortgage rates are still at historic lows. Certain markets have reached the cellar and are positioned to rebound over the next 2 years, some possibly by as much as 20 - 25% and as the market gets stronger, mortgage rates will most likely begin rising. Now is the time. If you are looking to buy, especially renting or a first time home buyer this might be a great time for you to start looking!

It is a great time to be a home seller! The inventory of quality homes is low, which means a buyer in your price range may have fewer homes to look at. If you price your home right and it shows well, you are in great position as a seller. It may even result in multiple offers being presented!

Although I consider "Social Media" such as Facebook and Twitter to be just that;social media, I have found more and more individuals and businesses using these media sites to give greater exposure to their businesses and causes. It is my goal, to not only add other media forms of exposure to help my business plan, but to give all those I know valuable information in the real estate field.
