Alan reached out to us on July 21 to begin his home-buying journey. We went under contract on another home in Canton 9 days later only to terminate that contract due to inspection issues. PRO TIP - always get a thorough inspection from a trusted professional. So, our search began again. This week we found this completely remodeled ranch (perfect for our client) and made a strategic offer which was accepted. We are still scheduled to close in august – only 39 days from when Alan originally contacted us.
