The weather reports are still forecasting for rain/snow through the evening which could lead to freezing in the parking
lots and sidewalks at the property.

Our team is closely monitoring the weather reports and will keep you informed of conditions as necessary. We encourage you all to use your best judgment when making the decisions to come to the office should storms occur.

When on property, please use extreme caution when walking to and from your car. Remember to wear the correct footwear
when walking inside and wipe your feet on the entry mats. If you see standing water in the lobby please let us know as soon
as possible so we can have someone clean as necessary.

Good afternoon,

The forecast is calling for winter mix and snow tonight and through the evening and tomorrow morning. There are already wet areas in the parking lot and sidewalks from last nights rain that could be slippery tomorrow when entering the building. We do not anticipate freezing temperatures but please watch your step.

When coming to the office tomorrow please watch for any closed off sidewalks or building entrances. Remember to wear the correct footwear when walking inside and wipe your feet on the entry mats. If you see standing water in the lobby please let us know as soon as possible so we can have someone clean as necessary.

Good evening,

The National Weather Service has issued an alert that there is a possibility of black ice and slick spots on the roadways early Tuesday morning. Freezing temperatures are expected right before sunrise which could result in patches of black ice between 5 a.m. and 10 a.m. This includes Atlanta Metro Area.

Motorists are urged to stay alert and use extra caution on roadways during their commute and please use you best discretion when deciding to drive to your office.

Once you arrive on property tomorrow please stay alert and look for possible signs and barricades directing you on where to park/not park. Our engineers and security officers will do their best to treat the sidewalks and entrances to have a safe entryway for all who come to the property.

We urge everyone to watch their step, wear shoes that are appropriate for this weather, and contact us should you see any areas that need extra treatment. We will all be working diligently tomorrow to ensure your safety at the building. Please be on the lookout for more information to share with your employees as the day goes on, and feel free to contact me with any questions.
