Now, Consider “Deal breakers”:

✔️Layout that compliments your lifestyle
✔️Location of the home
✔️Home Price

It’s important to remember that no home will be perfect, and you won’t get everything you want. Once you make sure you understand those expectations, you’ll have more options and your home shopping experience will be more productive.

7 Days before closing we were notified that the VA had mandated repairs before allowing us to close. Because of the wall height it needed a safety barrier on the retaining wall. After contacting several contractors the fastest bid was 4-6 weeks out and $8000. Well...after some blood, sweat, and maybe a tear upon completion.... I'm happy to say... Today we closed on this house for some amazing clients. The time spent building this was both fun and challenging. I hope you guys enjoy this house and beautiful new fence. Thank you for allowing me to help you on so many levels to get you this home.
