Today my client got her keys, and whew… we fought for this one all the way to the closing table! 🔑🏡

She’d tried to buy with other Realtors before, but it never worked out. This time, when things got tough, we kept going. And today, she CLOSED! 🥹🙌🏾

This is my fourth closing in this community, and I have two more families under contract here right now. I know my way around this neighborhood 😂 and I’ve built a relationship with the builder, too. Knowing who to call and how to get answers made it easier for me to guide my client through everything we faced.

And before y’all ask where she is in the pictures—my client is camera shy! I’ve learned that everybody doesn’t want their big moment all over Instagram. Sometimes they just want to keep it personal, take it all in, and enjoy their keys. I respect that. ❤️

She said I’m the baddest Realtor in the game… and I mean, the results are definitely speaking 😂🏡

Another client getting ready to close in a community I know VERY well — 3 homes already sold over here and 3 more currently under contract!

My girl is getting:
✨ 100% financing
✨ ALL closing costs paid
✨ Funds to help buy down her interest rate
✨ And I even negotiated her earnest money down

But today was about more than the deal — it was home orientation day! We walked the home, reviewed the inspection report, learned the mechanics, and made sure anything that needed attention was addressed before closing.

And yes, even on NEW construction, get the inspection! Brand new does not mean perfect.

I look even better at the closing table 🗝️

Y’all may not agree with everything I allow, but one thing about my daughter—she knows she can come to me. 🖤

I had to sneak and get my first tattoo. She came and asked, which gave me the opportunity to make sure she was somewhere clean, safe, and with someone I trust.

And the fact that my tattoo artist remembers her being in my stomach, and now he’s giving her her first tattoo? A real full-circle moment. 🥹

But these kids are DIFFERENT…because why is her first tattoo already better than half of mine? 😂

Me and my girl Mya are officially on transaction number THREE! 🙌🏾🏡

I helped her purchase her first home a couple of years ago. At the time, she wanted to keep her payment comfortable, so she moved a little farther out—but eventually that drive started driving HER crazy! 😂

So we sold that home and got her under contract on a new construction closer to where she needed to be. Unfortunately, that one didn’t work out.

But let me tell y’all something—the SAME day we found out, we were right back outside looking! I wasn’t letting her sit in that disappointment, get discouraged or give up. My job is not just to open doors and write contracts. I’m going to keep you encouraged, help you pivot and make sure we keep moving until we get to the closing table.

Now look at God! 🙌🏾 She found another new construction that’s a better fit, in a better location AND came with better incentives!

Sometimes that “no” isn’t a denial—it’s God redirecting you toward something better. You just have to keep going…and have the right Realtor beside you while you do it! 💁🏾‍♀️🔑
