Some of my very best clients reached out and asked if I could help their parents find a condo. We went to see one the very next day… and shortly after, we were UNDER CONTRACT! 🎉

Normally, I’m the one taking the picture and making a post like this for my clients… but today, it’s our turn.

Today we sold our home and it went under contract for full price in one weekend! 💪🏼

It’s definitely bittersweet saying goodbye to this home and all the memories we’ve made here, but we’re so excited for what’s next because we found our DREAM HOME. 🥰

I bought my very first home at 22 years old, and now at 37, this will be the sixth home my husband and I have purchased together.

Just a little reminder that you don’t get to your dream home without buying your first home. Every chapter leads you somewhere.

Today we close on this home, and next week we get to close on the one we’ve been dreaming about. 🥹🔑🏡

This one wasn’t easy, but today we officially made it to the closing table! 🎉

Some transactions take a little extra patience, persistence, and teamwork, and this was definitely one of them. I’m so grateful to my sellers for trusting me through every step of the process. We made it!
