The summer season got off to a busy start with 5 contracts written between July 2 and July 18. We closed these sales over the past few weeks. My Milton clients weren't thinking about moving when we found their dream home with acreage, so we had to do a contingent deal which is rare these days. I was able to list their current home and get it under contract within 2 weeks to enable them to move forward. I'm quite fortunate to have such great clients and cooperating realtors who are committed to the teamwork that's required to make this happen. It's a lot of work, but we have fun along the way!

The Spring Home Selling Season ended a few weeks ago and I want to express my appreciation to my fantastic clients and congratulate them on these 6 sales. Some were first-time home buyers, some were downsizing and some were upsizing with growing families. I only work with a few clients at a time and I truly value the relationships we have developed over the years.

My Summer Season is off to an even busier start with 5 new contracts over the past few weeks totaling $6.7M in sales. I'll be working hard to get them all closed by early August.

The Metro Atlanta real estate market is similar to playing musical chairs... When a quality home hits the market, you need to move very quickly to compete with a multitude of buyers. When listing a home, you only get one chance to make a first impression with home preparations, quality marketing, and effective pricing.
