Neha graduated from the University of South Carolina in 2012 with a Bachelor's degree in Biological Sciences and minor in Business Administration. Upon graduation, she began her career in real estate, and went back to school for her MPH in Health Promotion, Education and Behavior at the University of South Carolina. Here we grow again! Development of Halcyon’s Phase III is well underway.

A new 5,300 square foot Chick-fil-A is under construction and will open this spring. Adjacent to the Chick-fil-A site is a 13,000 square foot commercial building that will be home to Five Guys and some exciting new retailers. Chase Bank will open next to Five Guys this fall. Phase III will also include a high-end grocer that will be announced later this year.

This new section of Halcyon is located on the Big Creek Greenway trailhead side of Halcyon near the intersection of Oak Farm Drive and McFarland Parkway. It is on the opposite side of Ronald Reagan Parkway from our active Halcyon Village community.
