Help us welcome Justin Morfin to Team Pegasus!

Justin joins Pegasus Residential as our new Marketing Manager, bringing nine years of multifamily experience and a background that gives him a unique perspective on what drives community performance.

He began his career onsite as a Leasing Professional and Assistant Manager before transitioning into multifamily marketing, where he has spent the past five years developing strategies across everything from lease-ups and value-add assets to stabilized and distressed communities.

That combination of operations + marketing means Justin understands that great marketing isn’t just about generating leads. It’s about supporting leasing teams, driving occupancy, and creating measurable results for our clients.

We’re excited to have his experience, perspective, and creativity on Team Pegasus.

Some people join the team. Some come back home.

We’re excited to welcome Ryan Brown back to Pegasus Residential as our new Operations Support Manager!

Ryan is no stranger to Team Pegasus. During his previous time with us, he served in multiple roles including Property Manager, Training Manager, General Manager, District Manager, and Regional Manager. Along the way, he built a reputation for taking on challenges, developing teams, and bringing a strong operational perspective to the communities he supported.

Now, Ryan is bringing that experience back to Pegasus in a role where he’ll be able to make an impact across our organization. We love a good boomerang story, especially when it brings great people back to Team Pegasus.

Celebrating 15 Years of Dawn at Pegasus!

Today, we're celebrating an incredible milestone; Dawn's 15th anniversary with Pegasus Residential!

Dawn's journey began with a property transition, but what kept her here was something much bigger: the people and a belief in the company's vision. From the leadership of Lindy and Debbie to Jackie and Yakov today, she's remained committed to helping Pegasus and our teams succeed.

Over the past 15 years, Dawn has grown her career from Property Manager to District Manager, and now serves as our Enterprise Operations Specialist, where she supports teams across the organization and helps keep operations moving forward every day.

When asked what she's most proud of, Dawn said it's hard to choose just one accomplishment. From leading successful lease-ups in less than a year to supporting our onsite teams, she's made a lasting impact throughout her career.

Her advice for new associates:
"Be ready to work hard, move fast, and believe in the company vision. You'll be rewarded for your hard work."

A fun fact you may not know: Dawn is a proud U.S. Air Force veteran.

She'd also like to recognize Robin Fluharty for being an important part of her Pegasus journey.
