Has anyone sold a home in Claremore Manor in Woodstock? It’s a 2017 ish build community by Ashton Woods . My buyer really loves a home in there but is afraid to buy it because it has 1 HVAC system , 2 stories and 3300 sq ft. The current system seems undersized for the property and is a Lennox . No service records on the system , the owner says they’ve never had any issues . They changed the filters every month . Any help would be appreciated !!

Does anyone have a good cleaning service you would recommend to a client? My clients want to get their house cleaned prior to moving in. They will need the oven cleaned, the refrigerator and pretty much an all over thorough cleaning.

I have a qualified buyer that wants to purchase a 4 BD, 2 1/2BA home in Suwanee
