Medley, the new Johns Creek mixed-use development, will host grand opening festivities October 28th through 30th. With retail, restaurant, and entertainment space, we expect this to become the jewel of Johns Creek.

Johns Creek is always top-rated among the best towns to live in Georgia. One thing it was missing, though, was a central hub for community activities. Not anymore! Medley is everything we dreamed of and so much more! Way to go Johns Creek!

Think you can make a low offer just because the home has been sitting on the market?

10.7% of Atlanta-area homes were pulled off the market without selling. That was the highest rate among the 50 largest U.S. metros in Redfin’s latest metro-level data. That means some sellers would prefer to not sell at all rather than settle for less.

The latest FMLS data gives us some important context:

🏡 More homes are available
⏱️ Homes are taking longer to sell
💰 Sellers are, on average, receiving less than their original asking price
📊 Buyers have more choices and more negotiating power

But this isn't a "don't sell" market. It's a be strategic market.
