Not all properties in San Diego come with a high price point, but they ALL matter to me. This buyer previously used my business partner over 40 years ago to purchase her current home. She remembered his name and called us to help her in her home search to find something single level and very specific. I happen to know an agent who sells a lot of mobile homes in the park she was specifically interested in and we got her in early to see it. So happens to be right next to her friend who lives there. Doing business leads to doing more business. The best compliment a business owner can be given is a referral. Love when these types of deals comes together. A previous buyer was overhearing the frustration a coworker was having in their home search. My previous client shared his experience with them and they called me right away to get the ball rolling. First house, first offer after our call.. BINGO! Escrow was simple and smooth overcoming any obstacle with ease. Closed a day late due to the holidays but everyone was happy at the end and that’s an accomplishment in itself. Now off to sell their previous home!

Another one . These clients were great! Called me off one of my other sold listings. We met right away and got the ball rolling. House was immaculate and ready. Their expectation of price was realistic. Took a little longer than originally anticipated, but we got it sold. Even jumped in to complete the repairs on this one for my seller. Unfortunately the efforts on the buy side was minimal, but as a listing agent you push on and close the deal for your sellers. If you are buying a home, make sure you have an active agent and not someone just collecting a check. Not only do these agents make us look bad, but more importantly your interest is not protected in the sale which can lead to over paying, over looking major repair items, unpleasant surprises down the road and the list goes on.
