Another one . I have often said most of the problems in a real estate transactions don’t necessarily come from the buyer or seller but usually with the agents. This transaction highlights that. The seller and buyer were previsouly in escrow with a different listing agent and different buyers agent. Their communication and negotations broke down along the way resutling in a cancellation. A significant amount of time passed and when the seller’s relisted with me and the buyers engaed with a different buyers agent, the transaction was as smooth as butter. What an incredible difference those changes made. It is crucial when you are intereviewing listing agents or buyers agents that you pay attention to their communication skills, their tempermant, and their track record. It can be the difference of closing the deal or not.

Another one ! There have been a lot of divorce sales lately and this one was no different. It is always unfortunate when divorce happens, but these two were great to work with. Cordial, communicative, and did what they needed to do to get the property sold. With a recently installed new roof and new exterior stucco, they already addressed a lot of items that would otherwise show up on a home inspection or termite report. Relatively smooth escrow and this one was navigated across the finish line.
