Took my 15 year old nephew surveying with me today. We worked in a wastewater treatment plant collecting data on the high service pumps, electrical conduit, fiber optic lines, and grounding straps. We finished the day by driving across town and starting a new construction job by locating and checking the boundary as well as site benchmarks. Had to do a little bush whacking but found the back corners. He’s such a great kid, caught on fast, never complained and really seemed invested in what we were doing. It was a good day!
