If you bought a home last year or sold to any of your clients , don't forget to file your or remind your cleints on homestead exemption (if it's your/ thier primary residence). Here's how.

Visit the Orange County Property Appraiser's website. http://www.ocpafl.org/exemptions/hx_file.aspx #1
Fill out the application online or print and mail it in by March 1st. It's so simple and it can save you a lot of $!

SideNote: You can also file in-person at any Orange County satellite office.

Also, don't forget to bring your closing information to your accountant. There are some possible tax savings available to you, so don't miss out!
