Congratulations to my sellers!! We hit some bumps trying to get us to the finish line with a couple of delays at the end, but we finally made it and they recorded the sale yesterday! My sellers had this property on the market last year, and didn't get anywhere with it! So when they interviewed me, they had a couple of requests, professional pictures and most importantly communication and that's what I delivered and in the end we got to the finish line!
