We currently have a 1-bedroom apartment available in the heart of downtown Alto Pass.

This 800 sq ft upstairs space has been thoughtfully restored to preserve its original character while creating a comfortable, modern living environment. With exposed brick, custom cabinetry, and warm finishes throughout, it’s a space that feels both grounded and inviting.

Located just steps from local favorites like Havisham Bourbon Bar, area wineries, Rendleman Orchards, Bald K**b Cross, and the Quetil Walking Trail, it offers the perfect blend of small-town charm and convenience.

$750 per month with a $300 security deposit. Water, trash, and sewer are included. Free laundry is available on the first floor. One-year lease required. One dog under 30 lbs allowed with $300 pet fee. Sorry, no cats.
