Weekly Rate: $1,200

Deposit—A non-refundable rental deposit of 50% is due within seven (7) days to secure your reservation.
Balance—Rental balance plus $100.00 refundable damage deposit is due two (2) weeks prior to check in.
Cancellation—If you have already paid your rental balance, it will be returned to you. The rental deposit is non-refundable unless another renter is found.
Linen Rental—Sheets, pillowcases and bath towels (no beach towels) available for $8pp.
