As you may or may not know or may or may not care, I have officially turned in my ekey and retired from real estate. I want to thank you for allowing me to serve you for the past 28 years, all but 6 months with RE/MAX River Bend in Alton. It has been a blessing to see you buy that first home or find that home of your dreams or assist you in the marketing and sale of your home. For the past, almost 22 years, my wife and I have pastored a congregation in Bethalto, which has allowed me to do both real estate and ministry. December 31st was my last day at RE/MAX River Bend and I could not have had a better experience throughout those years. Gary Gamrath allowed me to work with the heavy hitters beginning in 1995 only because of my sister, Sharon Pratt. Sharon and Dennis Dugan purchased the franchise when Gary passed and my sister has been my boss all of these years. I thank Dennis and Sharon for allowing me to do the things I needed to do in ministry as well as my real estate sales.
