Abby was born and raised in Godfrey, IL, and graduated from SIUE in 2012 with a bachelor’s degree in Speech Communication. She earned her Illinois real estate broker’s license in 2017 and later became licensed in Missouri in 2022, allowing her to serve clients on both sides of the river. While Abby specializes in residential real estate, she also has valuable experience in land and commercial tran

sactions, giving her a well-rounded perspective in today’s market. Abby has a heart for helping clients through challenging or unique situations, and she takes pride in offering guidance, clarity, and support when it’s needed most. Each year, she helps an average of 30–40 families make a move—something she considers both an honor and a responsibility she never takes lightly. She also mentors new agents, sharing her knowledge and passion for the industry to help them build confidence and succeed. When she’s not working, Abby enjoys spending time with her husband, Gabe, and their five children—most often cheering on her kids at their sporting events. Her outgoing personality and genuine care for others make her easy to work with, and she’s always ready to help you with all of your real estate needs.

Wow!! 🤯 It’s been an incredible 9️⃣ years…

On this day in 2017 I took a test that changed my future, my families future.

I trusted myself to take a leap of faith that I knew was necessary to have the life I wanted.

There are highs and lows… and there are days I question myself - but in the end its been the best career move I have made…

Here’s just a few reasons I know this to be true ⬇️

I got to work with people again- and I get to work with so many wonderful people everyday.

I help people achieve one of their biggest goals they have in their life… and it’s something I don’t take for granted.

I work with amazing agents, lenders, title companies, inspectors… and have met some of the most incredible people I could imagine. The last 9 years has pushed me to grow into a stronger critical thinker, a better agent, and a more compassionate advocate for my clients.

All of my clients have been so amazing and have a special place in my ♥️

Now for my family…

I get to pick my kids up from school 99% of the time.

I rarely miss a game or event - and if you know me I’m their biggest (and loudest 😜 ) fan.

I get to have unplanned day dates with my hubby.

I can help our extended family during “normal” business hours.

And so much more….

Thank you all for an amazing 9 years.. especially my husband Gabriel Delehanty, my kids for understanding the phrase “hang on, I’m on a call”, my leadership, Travis Tarrant and Mark Harman… all the family, friends and agents that support me day in and day out!!!!
