𝙃𝘼𝙑𝙀 𝙔𝙊𝙐 𝙊𝙍 𝙎𝙊𝙈𝙀𝙊𝙉𝙀 𝙔𝙊𝙐 𝙆𝙉𝙊𝙒 𝙀𝙑𝙀𝙍 𝙀𝙓𝙋𝙀𝙍𝙄𝙀𝙉𝘾𝙀𝘿 𝙁𝙊𝙊𝘿 𝙄𝙉𝙎𝙀𝘾𝙐𝙍𝙄𝙏𝙔?

They are our neighbors, friends, coworkers. Big city, small town . they are kids in our classrooms struggling to get through the hunger to even be able to focus and learn.

I’ve spent a lot of time on the receiving end of programs like these. I know what it’s like to worry about food, housing, or how you’re going to make things work one day to the next. Life can change in an instant and we could easily find ourselves in need. I’m so grateful to now be in a position where I can give back and support organizations doing this work in our community. (btw local community fridges >> another incredible food support!🍎)

Thank you Food Bank of Iowa for continuing to grow programs like school and community pantries where kids and families can access support in a familiar, safe place.

Dignity matters. Privacy matters. People matter. 💜

Hi. It’s the real managers of this house (the pets) 🐾🧡 and after careful review, we’ve decided it’s time to approve a new owner.

First of all, this place is solid. We’ve supervised many years of activity here—walks, snacks, naps, dramatic window watching and we can confirm: it holds up. Our humans clearly understood the assignment and kept things in excellent condition.

✅ Furnace & central air replaced 2023 (temperature control = elite nap conditions)
✅ Water heater replaced 2023 (warm baths… for them, not us)
✅ Brand new deck 2025 (where we conduct our most important perimeter observations)

The backyard? Honestly impressive. Plenty of space to patrol, relax, or chase absolutely nothing for no reason. There’s also a fire pit, which we’ve determined is primarily for humans to gather around while we supervise from a respectful distance (and expect snacks). 🪵🍟

Management-approved lounging zones: a cozy fireplace area (excellent for post-walk recovery naps), a finished basement (useful for loud human activities we prefer to observe from a distance), and a room that… well… someone got bold with the purple and floral wallpaper. 🥀💜 We respect the commitment. It’s giving “confident.”

Overall verdict: comfortable, well-maintained, and highly conducive to a peaceful life… with room for routine zoomies and strategic window surveillance.

Walked this new home last night with the buyers and site supervisor. Getting to represent the builder and be a part of this process with the buyers and their agents, experiencing that excitement first hand is really something.
