Is now actually the perfect time to buy? With so many homes dropping in price and sitting on the market for longer periods of time, it certainly could be. Depending, of course, if it’s a good time to buy for you. Here are 3 questions to consider that will help you determine that:

1. What is your financial situation like: {Do you need to save more for a down payment? Do you need to improve your credit score? Have you been preapproved?}

2. What are your long term goals: {Will you be staying in the area for the next 3-5 years? Will you be changing jobs? Getting married? Other big life events?}

3. What is your timeframe: {Do you have a lease ending? What are the seasonal market trends and do you have flexibility to be patient?}

These are all great questions to start asking yourself but also ones that we speak to our buyers about when making a plan and guiding them through the process.
