Hardest working kid in the city.

You can see the bags under his eyes.

At 9:27 at night, Dayrren, could be doing anything else but, instead, he's right here in the trenches with Dad still learning how to run the business.

Tonight, I have him looking over the stacks of water bills for the properties to get the totals in for the month.

Just some teasers of the 3 BR with a finished attic that can be a 4th room that we're working on currently.

This large half-double unit will be ready in about a week and a half after renovations are complete.

We also expect a single-bedroom unit to come into rotation in October as well a single family house later that month.

I wanted to take a moment to give a shout out to my great friend and partner in crime, Sylvia Barbu Geissinger!

My good friend and I polished off another successful home closing this evening with the wonderful people at Universal Settlement Services, LLC.

My humble friend is absolutely the best real estate agent in the city of Altoona.

I apologize for being somewhat slow getting back to applications recently.

Things have been quite busy but the schedule is starting to clear up!

Behind the scenes, we're working on a 3-4 bedroom half-double unit that that will be available early to mid September, AND we're also picking up another single family home (3BR) that will be ready early October after renovations are complete.

We will post details on these units and any openings that develop soon!

This last month (July) was extremely busy and next month will be no different, however, the plan is to roll another unit out late August to early September!

This is a cleaner version of the coming unit after a few days prepping and working in it.

For educational purposes I tossed an image of one of the floors of this beautiful unit that was obviously mistreated and used as a pet bathroom.

Again, this is why animals get a bad rap, and why they're shunned in many rental real estate markets.

Anyway, stay tuned for updates to come.
