13 years ago was the beginning of Abstract & Research Unlimited. One door closed and another opened. So greatful for my assistants and clients. It hasn't been easy, but it's definitely been worth it!

Just a little PSA. My Company Abstract & Research Unlimited is a title search company only. I do not do real estate closings, I am no longer a notary and I can not prepare deeds. My searches are only done to be reviewed by an Attorney and are not in anyway deemed to be a legal opinion. Though I am a licensed Title Insurance Agent, i am not currently an agent for any Title Company. I can not assist with any past transactions done through Realty Abstract Services, Inc. That Company is no longer in business. I am also not in any way affiliated with Abstract Title and Closing (ATC) or Abstract Closing Services. They are completely different companies. Happy New Year (a month late). Our team made some changes during the COVID pandemic. We have managed to keep things moving in Blair and Bedford Counties. However, we made the decision to no longer service Cambria County. We had stopped servicing Huntingdon County a few years ago. We felt it best to concentrate on giving the best service we can in the Counties we know best. I also did not renew my notary license as there was not a big demand. If services are needed in Cambria County or for notary services, I have a good referral network. Thanks to all of you for your continued support through 2020, the most trying year yet. We hope to make 2021 a great success!

As most of you know, I have recently completed treatment for breast cancer. While in treatment I haven't posted much on the Company page. Then, of course, the world shut down. I am happy to be recovering and happy to share my nightly view I get to enjoy. It's the simple things!

8 years ago today the concept of Abstract and Research Unlimited came into action. I jumped into self employment with a plan of action and began the procees of legal registration. Though not officially named till January 1, 2012, I consider this the official birthday! Thanks to everyone who has made this such and awesome ride!!
