So this one has been a long time coming now. But I have never liked the way this property looked in the past. It was just a "big white box" of no contrast whatsoever and peeling paint. It was time for an upgrade. I believe our valued tenant Alejandra Tillman at Alejandra's Creations will be much happier with the new updated appearance as will we!

Hey everybody! Please join me in celebrating one year in business of Heavy Haulers BBQ! Glen and Angela are wonderful tenants and we couldn't be happier with them and their delicious BBQ. Their menu is ever expanding and I have tried all their various options and have yet to be disappointed. They are located at 800 Falcon right across from the reservoir. Go check them out if you haven't already. You won't regret it!

I am excited to introduce our newest tenant! Y'all go check out Jennifer Harvey and her girls at Exhale - The Beauty Collective at 804 Falcon Road. Most of you will likely recognize the location as the old "Shear Excellence". It's still the same kind of business but with a new owner and operator. So ladies if you need your hair done or a massage or anything else in that department then go check them out! The ladies would love to see you and be happy to serve you! This is a property that we acquired recently and is currently undergoing renovations and repair. It features TWO buildings with a fenced in yard between the two. The front building has 2 separate bays. The back building has been used as office space and living quarters over the years complete with central HVAC system, bathroom and even a kitchen! This property has been primarily used as a welding shop for decades but lends itself to a wide range of potential uses. We hope to have it available for lease later this year. This our secondary storage facility located at 214 E. Liveoak. We offer varying size units at this facility ranging in prices. Each unit has a walkthrough door as well as an overhead door and some have access to electricity.
