I finally had a unit come available at our West Liveoak facility in Altus,OK. This unit measures 20ft by 24ft. It is equipped with a walkthrough door measuring 34 1/2 inches by 82 1/2 inches as well as an overhead door measuring 82 inches by 115 inches. This unit is also being offered with electricity. It has lighting throughout as well as several 110v receptacles. Unit is ready to occupy. Price is $175 monthly. I also must add that this is being offered as plain simple storage. This is not a business shop facility. So if you are proposing to use this as a hobby or automotive shop or any other business day to day activity then I can't allow that I am afraid. This is meant as a "come-and-go" facility for STORAGE only. I have had problems with this in the past so I feel I must mention it. Hey everybody! Please join me in celebrating one year in business of Heavy Haulers BBQ! Glen and Angela are wonderful tenants and we couldn't be happier with them and their delicious BBQ. Their menu is ever expanding and I have tried all their various options and have yet to be disappointed. They are located at 800 Falcon right across from the reservoir. Go check them out if you haven't already. You won't regret it!

I am excited to introduce our newest tenant! Y'all go check out Jennifer Harvey and her girls at Exhale - The Beauty Collective at 804 Falcon Road. Most of you will likely recognize the location as the old "Shear Excellence". It's still the same kind of business but with a new owner and operator. So ladies if you need your hair done or a massage or anything else in that department then go check them out! The ladies would love to see you and be happy to serve you! This is a property that we acquired recently and is currently undergoing renovations and repair. It features TWO buildings with a fenced in yard between the two. The front building has 2 separate bays. The back building has been used as office space and living quarters over the years complete with central HVAC system, bathroom and even a kitchen! This property has been primarily used as a welding shop for decades but lends itself to a wide range of potential uses. We hope to have it available for lease later this year. Each unit has a walkthrough door as well as an overhead door and some have access to electricity. Alright everyone just as a short intro, this page's purpose is to advertise our various commercial rentals and storage units as properties becomes available for lease.
