Winter Weather Protocol! Make sure your heat is on at least 65 and open cabinet doors especially where pipes are. Keep space heaters away from anything that may could cause a fire if you are using those. Enterprise tenants open the door in the master bedroom closet for heat to radiator in there and possibly put a heater in there as well. Drip your faucets a bit to ensure the pipes do not freeze. If you have an emergency after hours call the emergency line during hours call the office phone. Make sure you have batteries, flashlights, candles, water. Blankets, firewood. For those of you that have fireplaces it is a wood burning fireplace. Please be careful and stay warm!!! Thank you, Tanya
