Pickleball Court Update

We’re excited to share that the additional pickleball courts are now playable and open for the community to enjoy!

Additional improvements are still underway:
✅ Wind screens are scheduled to be installed by the end of next week
✅ Light poles are scheduled to ship on May 28th and will be installed when they arrive

We are also currently working with companies to finalize the concrete and shade portions between the courts, and we’ll share more updates on those additions soon.

For now, we hope everyone gets out and enjoys the new courts! Thank you for your continued support as we continue improving this space for our community.

This past Friday, I graduated! 🎓
I want to take a moment to thank every single one of my clients for their patience over these past two years while I balanced being a full-time student and agent. No matter what, I always found a way to fit you into my schedule and get the job done. I was upfront with you morning classes and all but I never stopped showing up for you.
I gave it everything I had, and I am so grateful for every one of you.

UNDER CONTRACT- Altus, OK 🏡
A couple came into our office ready to move closer to their kids and it is such a joy to help them get there. We looked at the comps together, priced it, and even though they were open to making updates before listing we just decided to let a buyer see it first.
Good thing we did. Within hours we had an offer, a few minutes of back and forth, and just like that under contract “AS IS” with what they wanted. No repairs, no headache.

On the other side, the buyer had looked at several homes but the moment they walked into this one, they knew.
What made it even better the closing timeline that works for my sellers worked for the buyers too. Everyone walks away happy before we even make it to the closing table!

I’m so grateful to be able to serve both sides of this transaction and I even connected my sellers with a great realtor near where they’re moving so they’re covered on that end too. Moments like this are exactly why I love what I do.
