It's client meal prep day.
She (we) loves this Lintel salad. I've made it a few times now. She doesn't like carrots so we leave them out.
Next time I make it at home I want to try it with the carrots. I think it will add an extra bit of sweetness to even out the savory.
This time I used pre-cooked lintels, I have made them from dry lintels - both were good- she perfers the texture of the pre cooked.

I recently discovered that you shouldn't be reaching for bleach every time you want to sanitize or disinfect. So many of us reach for the Bleach. Which is better? Should you choose Peroxide or Bleach? Not all cleaning jobs are the same. Differant surfaces and mess call for differant ways to clean it. Peroxide seems like the safer choice. What do you perfer? Watching the bubbles do the work is very satisfying. This stuff is blowing my mind.
Odoban Tile and Grout.
It's a peroxide base cleaner.
Bleach is not always the first thing you should reach for. Do your research and becareful. Always read the product directions and make sure the surface your cleaning is compatible to the cleaner you are using.
