A lot of Amarillo buyers are waiting for interest rates to come down—and that’s understandable.

But here’s the part many people forget 👇

When rates drop, more buyers jump back into the market. More buyers often means more competition, multiple offers, and potentially higher home prices.

The “perfect” market rarely exists.
