Some transactions are smoother than others. This one had every possible hurdle along the way to the closing table, but we got it done! It is such a cute home, but my seller was ready to close this chapter. It was a tedious process, but it just makes closing day that much sweeter! This was one of my favorite transactions of all time! One of the darling little girls in this family knew the moment she walked through the door that this was her home.
