Some transactions are about so much more than real estate.

For many years, I’ve had the privilege of being a client of this sweet friend. When life brought unexpected challenges and the heartbreaking loss of her home, she reached out during a difficult season and trusted us to help guide her on her homeownership journey.

So excited for my buyer getting her dream home under contract! The moment we walked into this house, she absolutely fell in love with it and honestly, I could see why right away. 🏡⛳️

Not only were we able to secure the home she had been dreaming about, but we also negotiated a really great deal for her along the way. Now she gets to look forward to enjoying life on the golf course and spending her days golfing right from her own backyard. ☀️🏌️‍♀️

Life gets busy between showing houses, contracts, phone calls, and everything in between, but I’ve been trying to be more intentional about making time for myself too. Even if it’s just getting to the gym for a little bit, moving my body always helps me reset mentally and physically.
