I was so humbled to receive the State‑Level TREPAC Spirit Award today at Texas REALTORS Region One 360 meeting.

But the truth is — this isn’t a “me” award. It’s a WE award.

I don't do this very often, but I can't NOT share information when someone deserves real special recognition. Audrey absolutely stepped up and rose to the occasion when she didn't have to do so. She took complete control of her customers deal and she did what she had to do to save this deal for her customers and my seller. She is the real MVP in the transaction, and everyone should take note on how far she went out of her way to make it all happen. Without her our transaction would have ultimately terminated.
