Our clients are our neighbors and our life blood. Their best interest has and will always be our first priority. For that reason, WE WILL CONTINUE OUR BUSINESS PRACTICE OF SEEKING TO COLLABORATE, COOPERATE and COMPENSATE Buyer Brokers as part of our marketing commitment to listing clients, when doing so is in the best interest, and with permission, of said clients. When offers of compensation are made by RCS to a prospective Buyer Broker, we will notify said Buyer Broker of those terms via text message as soon as possible upon receiving notice of a showing request. Upon request, we will follow up with a written cooperating broker agreement. At any time, any customer or broker may contact me personally at 806-236-5100, or any of my agents, for said disclosures. Compensation offers will also be posted in multiple other places not associated with MLS and as permitted by our clients and the NAR settlement agreement. Fortunately for RCS, we have always considered buyer broker compensation offers to be a part of our marketing plan expense commitment to our listing clients. For us, nothing has changed except even more discussion and disclosure, and ultimately where we post the offer. We STILL negotiate a price with listing clients which includes a discussion of our value proposition, inclusive of a marketing plan and a promise to offer some of our contracted compensation to a cooperating buyer broker, should that opportunity avail itself.
