Only the buyer is me. I’ve got to thank the negative minds along the way to this purchase 🔽🔽🔽

- Just rent your homes instead of Airbnb (profiting 3x what rent would bring in)

- 8% interest is insane.. (actually not on an investment property)

-You’re so money hungry, you’re going to lose it all.. Oh thanks, I’m just trying to find financial freedom the best I know how.

-Instead of buying in small towns, buy here. Ehh, I prefer lower taxes in smaller towns.

-You’re a real estate agent, that’s the only reason you tell people to purchase real estate.
